PadhaiPath is a free educational platform that provides comprehensive question banks, practice tests, study materials, flashcards, and analytical tools for students studying NCERT curriculum for Classes 6 to 10 in both Hindi and English medium. The platform includes MCQs, True/False questions, Fill in the Blanks, timed test simulations, score tracking, leaderboards, and teacher tools for generating question papers. All educational content is provided free of charge to promote accessible education.
3. User Accounts
Account creation is optional. All educational content is accessible without signing in. When you choose to create an account through Google Sign-In, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
The questions, study materials, and educational content on PadhaiPath are curated and authored by our team based on the NCERT curriculum. NCERT textbook references are used for educational purposes under the principle of fair use. All original content, including question formulations, explanations, and platform design, is the intellectual property of PadhaiPath. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

- Accessing and using the platform for personal educational purposes
- Taking practice tests, studying materials, and using flashcards
- Saving your scores and tracking your academic progress
- Using the Test Generator to produce question papers for classroom or self-assessment use (with login required)
- Sharing your score cards on social media
- Installing the platform as a Progressive Web App on your device
6. Prohibited Uses
- Scraping, copying, or systematically downloading our question database
- Reproducing our content on other websites or applications without permission
- Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
- Attempting to manipulate leaderboard rankings through fraudulent activity
- Using the platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Uploading harmful, offensive, or illegal content through any user-facing feature
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform or its infrastructure
7. Test Generator
The Test Generator feature allows registered users to generate customized MCQ question papers. Papers generated through this tool include a watermark identifying PadhaiPath as the source. Teachers and students may use generated papers for classroom assessments and educational purposes. Commercial distribution or sale of generated papers is prohibited. The watermark must not be removed or altered.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
PadhaiPath is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our educational content, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content on the platform. Educational content is intended to supplement classroom learning and should not be considered a replacement for formal education. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PadhaiPath and its administrator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (which is zero, as the platform is free).
10. Advertisements
PadhaiPath displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free operation of the platform. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Ad placement is designed to be non-intrusive and does not appear during active tests or quizzes to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience.

12. Governing Law
